"Got this Matama nib which arrived damaged. Times where spread apart with big gap between them at the tip. Asked for help from Jilliano, who kindly offered the replacement nib. The second nib arrived also damaged and also with the gap between tines. I can accept that the first nib could be a simple human mistake, but the second nib suggests there is a problem with product and quality control in the company."
